Returns and Policies

  1. To qualify for a return on ANY item, you must call us within 14 days of receiving the item to request an RMA #.
  2. Include a copy of your Invoice with your RMA# Clearly written on it and placed in the package.
  3. The item must be shipped back to us with a copy of your invoice included within 7 days after you are given your RMA#.

Shipping Policy
1 – We will make every effort to ship your order within 1 business day. Express, Overnight and Second Day orders are usually done first.
2 – Whenever possible, we will send you a tracking number you can use to find out when your product will be delivered.
3 – We do not refund shipping charges for any reason. If your shipment is delayed by the carrier and you are entitled to a refund, you will need to deal directly with the carrier. If necessary.
4 – Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Their policies and ship times may differ.
5 – We have a strict no safe-drop policy. Someone must be home to receive your package, or a notice card will be left indicating where you can pick up your item. We do this to ensure that your package is never lost or stolen.

5- Any Free shipping offered is only on final sale items only and the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if it is returned for refund and if exchanged the exchange item will include a shipping charge. 1 free shipping charge per transaction.

Please Note: All orders are shipped once payment has been received. Orders paid by check will not ship until payment has cleared.

International Shipping
Payment may be made by credit card where the credit card companies will guarantee security.
We’ll gladly ship anywhere on the planet. You will be responsible, though, for any and all shipping and handling, customs or import administration charges.  Some times the automated International shipping quotes are incorrect so Email us for a quote on international shipping,  . All international orders will be verified with customer service thru email before shipping.

Any and all Free shipping only applies to Canadian Provinces. International shipping on these items due to additional shipping costs requires for shipping to be paid, please call for shipping costs for international delivery.
IMPORTANT: Many countries charge taxes, duties, and import fees. You are responsible, and agree to find out if any additional charges apply and pay for all of these charges.

Please note that the timing indicated is a guideline only. These times can vary depending on several factors, including adverse weather conditions, customs, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Items Not Received:
All Canada and US items are shipped by a traceable method. This means that if you do not receive your order, we can find out from the shipper where and when it was delivered. If you do not receive an item that fedex or the Post Office claims was delivered:
1 – Check with your neighbour’s. We have many cases where a neighbour has taken a package and forgotten to notify someone.
2 – If your package was left on your step and stolen, please file a police report. Send a copy of the report to your homeowners insurance company and the shipper. Your homeowners insurance may cover the cost of stolen items. If the shipper has a dishonest driver, this will alert them.
3 – If a complete investigation shows that we did not ship the package, we shipped it to the wrong address, or that we were at fault then we will re-ship it at our expense.
Note that if you signed a note for Fedex or the Post Office saying they can leave packages at your door, then you also agreed not to hold them responsible if something is missing.
4 – International shipments shipped via any ground option will not have a tracking # and is your risk and responsibility if the shipment is lost or does not arrive so we suggest always choosing a tracked international shipping option. We have this option as an economical option but be aware of the risk.

REFUSED DELIVERY:
Please do not refuse delivery as we do get charged for this. If you refuse delivery, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee, plus the shipping charges for the return of your product.

Returns Policy

New Product Refund –  To Qualify for an as new refund the product must be uninstalled and unused and in as new condition in original package with all instructions etc included, Simply call us (778-808-7421) within 14 days from delivery to obtain an RMA# to be placed on a copy of your invoice to be included in the return and be back in the mail or courier within 7 days from receiving your RMA#.

For all feeders and bowls for hygiene reasons once they have been used they are not returnable for refund but they are under the manufacturers 3 year warranty

There is NO hair, fur, dirt, soil, smell, scratches or damage on the unused uninstalled product and the product is in its original packaging.

  A 10% restocking Fee will be charged on all return refunds.

Once your product is used or installed it falls under the manufacturers warranties.

Free Shipping is only available if offered on final sale items only, if the product is returned, the 10% restocking fee and our initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Your Options – If you return a product back to us, you may specify that the product be returned to you if a refund is not available due to being used or installed or out of our return policy 14 day period. All returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for any and all return shipping charges including any customs and duties fee’s incurred if being shipped back into Canada which will be deducted from your refund.

Do not return to sender as shipping charges will be higher due to additional charges from Canada post for this service.

Warranties

All Products are covered by the individual manufacturers warranties , Please contact us for information on the warranty policy for your specific product.

Habitats

Due to the custom nature of Habitat Haven habitats, All Habitats are non returnable or refundable once the order has been placed, though changes and modifications can be made for an additional fee.

Custom ordered Products

All custom ordered products are products we don’t keep stock on hand and are ordered specifically for you applications are not returnable or refundable so please be sure it is what you want and the dimensions and specifics are correct.
